    • Heavy to very heavy rainfall has been recorded at isolated places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal.
    • Significant rainfall amounts include various locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
  4. Weather Systems and Forecast (Next 5 Days):
    • A Cyclonic Circulation over interior Tamil Nadu and adjoining Kerala is likely to bring light to moderate rainfall, with isolated heavy rainfall over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Mahe during November 22nd–24th. Isolated very heavy rainfall is also anticipated over interior Tamil Nadu and Kerala on November 22nd.
    • A fresh Western Disturbance is expected to affect Northwest and West India from November 25th, bringing light to moderate rainfall in several regions.
    • Another Cyclonic Circulation is likely to emerge over the South Andaman Sea around November 25th, potentially forming a Low Pressure Area and intensifying into a Depression by November 27th.
