Union Home Minister Chairs Security Review Meeting for Jammu & Kashmir in Wake of Recent Terror Attack

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, led a comprehensive review meeting today concerning the security scenario in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, particularly in response to a recent terror attack. The meeting, attended by key officials including National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, aimed to assess the prevailing situation and strategize effective measures.

During the deliberations, Home Minister Shah delved into the area domination plan implemented by security agencies to eradicate the looming threat of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. Emphasizing the need for a zero-tolerance approach towards terrorism, Shah, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressed the government’s unwavering commitment to tackling this menace head-on.
