Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam 2023 Results Declared, Qualified Candidates to Apply for Main Examination

New Delhi, June 12, 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023, which was held on May 28, 2023. As per the official notification released by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), candidates with the following Roll Numbers have qualified for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023.

While the candidature of the successful candidates is provisional, they are required to apply again in the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023, as per the rules of the examination. The dates and important instructions for filling up the DAF-I and its submission will be announced on the Commission’s website in due course.

Candidates are advised to note that the marks, cut-off marks, and answer keys for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 will be uploaded on the UPSC website (https://upsc.gov.in) only after the entire process of the Civil Services Examination is concluded, including the declaration of the final result.

To facilitate candidates and address any queries or clarifications regarding the examination results, the UPSC has set up a Facilitation Counter near the Examination Hall Building at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. Candidates can avail themselves of information and assistance in person on all working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM. They can also contact the Facilitation Counter via telephone at 011-23385271, 011-23098543, or 011-23381125.

The Civil Services Examination is one of the most prestigious and sought-after examinations in India, conducted annually by the UPSC to select candidates for various prestigious positions in the country’s administrative services.
