Anurag Thakur, Flaggs off Inaugural Run of extension of 19717 / 19718 Daulatpur Chowk – Chandigarh Express

Anurag Thakur, Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs along with Virendra Kanwar, Minister of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Himachal Pradesh flagged off innaugural run of extention of 19717 / 19718 Daulatpur Chowk- Chandigarh Express in a ceremony held at Daulatpur Chowk in Himachal Pradesh today.
Rajesh Thakur, MLA Gagret & Balbir Singh,MLA Chintpurni were also present on the occasion.
Divisional Railway Manager /Ambala Gurinder Mohan Singh with divisional officers welcomed the Ministers & MLAs and MEDIA persons with Lcaol eminent persons & passengers .
Speaking on the occasion Minister Anurag Thakur appreciated the efforts of Railways and brought forward some demands of the local public to be done on utmost priority.
On the occasion DRM Ambala informed about the development projects of railways pertaining to this belt and assured that Railway is determined to facilitate the public of this belt and more trains & enhanced passenger amenities will be roped in near future to cater the needs of people of this vicinity.
