New Daily Express Train to Connect Danapur and SMVT Bengaluru From September 1

Railways will introduce a new daily regular Express service between Danapur and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal (SMVT), Bengaluru, enhancing connectivity between Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
The existing Train Nos. 03251/03252 Danapur–SMVT Bengaluru–Danapur Special will be converted into regular Train Nos. 22365/22366 Danapur–SMVT Bengaluru–Danapur Express. The regular service from Danapur will begin on September 1, 2026, while the return service from SMVT Bengaluru will commence on September 3, 2026.
Train No. 22365 will depart Danapur daily at 2:45 pm and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 2:30 pm on the third day. It will halt at major stations including Ara, Buxar, DDU, Prayagraj Chheoki, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Perambur and Katpadi.
In the return direction, Train No. 22366 will depart SMVT Bengaluru at 11:50 pm and reach Danapur at 12:15 am on the fourth day. Major halts will include Katpadi, Perambur, Vijayawada, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, DDU, Buxar and Ara.
The 24-coach train will comprise two LSLRD coaches, seven general second-class coaches, 10 sleeper-class coaches, three AC 3-tier coaches and two AC 2-tier coaches. The daily service is expected to provide passengers with improved long-distance connectivity between Bihar and southern India.
