Project Details and Challenging Conditions
The project involved laying approximately 180 kilometers of 150 mmsq conductor, setting up 1950 ST Poles, and installing 4 km of underground cabling across challenging terrains, including the Razdhan Pass at an elevation of 12672 ft above sea level. The successful test check highlights the government’s commitment to extending essential services to remote areas.

Dr. Owais Ahmad informed that the district team, including STD division, successfully conducted the trial of the 60 KM 33 KV transmission line on Sunday. In the first phase, 1500 consumers will benefit, with plans to connect the rest of the villages in a phased manner.
