Changes in Train Operations at Aunrihar Station of Varanasi Division due to Non Interlocking Work

In view of the ongoing yard remodeling work at Aunrihar Station in the Varanasi division of the Northeastern Railways, train operations have been affected, necessitating route diversions, partial cancellations, rescheduling, and realignments. The details of the changes are as follows:

Cancelled Trains:

1. Train No. 15551 Darbhanga-Varanasi City Express will remain canceled on June 21, 2023.
2. Train No. 15552 Varanasi City-Darbhanga Express will remain canceled on June 22, 2023.
3. Train No. 14008 Anand Vihar-Raxaul Sadbhavana Express will remain canceled on June 22, 2023.
4. Train No. 14007 Raxaul-Anand Vihar Sadbhavana Express will remain canceled on June 23, 2023.
5. Train No. 12538/12537 Prayagraj Rambagh-Muzaffarpur-Prayagraj Rambagh Express will remain canceled on June 26, 2023.

Trains on Altered Routes:

1. Train No. 14005 Sitamarhi-Anand Vihar Lichchavi Express, scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, will be diverted via the Chhapra-Ghazipur City-Audihar route instead of the Sitamarhi-Anand Vihar route.
2. Train No. 14018 Anand Vihar-Raxaul Express, scheduled to depart on June 21, 2023, will be diverted via the Ayodhya-Manikapur-Gorakhpur-Siwan-Chhapra route instead of the Anand Vihar-Raxaul route.
3. Train No. 15232 Gondia-Barwadih Express, scheduled to depart from Gondia between June 21 and June 24, 2023, will be diverted via the Varanasi-Shahganj-Mau-Faizabad route instead of the Gondia-Barwadih route.
4. Train No. 15231 Barwadih-Gondia Express, scheduled to depart on June 25, 2023, will be diverted via the Faizabad-Mau-Shahganj-Varanasi route instead of the Barwadih-Gondia route.
5. Train No. 12562 New Delhi-Jayanagar Swatantrata Senani Express, scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, will be diverted via the Varanasi-DDU-Patliputra-Sonpur route instead of the New Delhi-Jayanagar route.
6. Train No. 11061 Lokmanya Tilak-Jayanagar Pawan Express, scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, will be diverted via the Varanasi-DDU-Patliputra-Sonpur route instead of the Lokmanya Tilak-Jayanagar route.
7. Train No. 19305 Dr. Ambedkar Nagar-Kamakhya Express, scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, will be diverted via the Varanasi-DDU-Patliputra-Sonpur route instead of the Dr. Ambedkar Nagar-Kamakhya route.
8. Train No. 14017 Raxaul-Anand Vihar Express, scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, will be diverted via the Chhapra-Siwan-Gorakhpur-Manikapur-Ayodhya route instead of the Raxaul-Anand Vihar route.
9. The train service of Ambala Cantt-Barouni Harihar Express, train number 14524, scheduled to depart from Ambala Cantt on June 24, 2023, will be operated on an altered route via Ayodhya-Manikapur-Gorakhpur-Siwan-Chhapra

Partially Cancelled Trains:

1. Train number 22323 Kolkata-Ghazipur City Express, scheduled to depart from Kolkata on June 22, 2023, will have its partial termination at Varanasi City.
2. Train number 22324 Ghazipur City-Kolkata Express, scheduled to depart from Ghazipur City on June 24, 2023, will have its partial commencement from Varanasi City.

Rescheduled Train:

The train number 14005 Sitamarhi-Anand Vihar Terminal Express, scheduled to depart from Sitamarhi on June 23, 2023, will be rescheduled by 90 minutes.

Note: For passenger convenience, a two-minute halt has been provided at Patliputra Junction on the scheduled day for train numbers 12562, 11061, and 19305, which were originally scheduled to depart on June 22, 2023, via the altered route.
