Central Railways to run 16 unreserved summer special trains between Mumbai / Pune and Ratnagiri

Central Railways has announced the running of additional unreserved summer special trains between Panvel-Ratnagiri and Pune-Ratnagiri

To cater to the extra rush of passengers during the summer vacations, Central Railways has announced the running of additional unreserved summer special trains between Panvel-Ratnagiri and Pune-Ratnagiri. With this addition, the total number of summer specials this year will be 958, including the previously announced 942 specials.

The 16 unreserved summer specials are as follows:

Panvel-Ratnagiri-Panvel Weekly Unreserved Special (8 trips)

  • Train number 01134 will depart Panvel at 21.30 hrs every Friday from May 5, 2023, to May 26, 2023 (4 trips) and arrive at Ratnagiri at 04.30 hrs the next day.
  • Train number 01133 will depart Ratnagiri at 13.00 hrs every Friday from May 5, 2023, to May 26, 2023 (4 trips) and arrive at Panvel at 20.30 hrs the same day. Halts: Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarda, Aravali Road, and Sangameshwar Road.

Pune-Ratnagiri-Pune Weekly Unreserved Special (8 trips)

  • Train number 01131 will depart Pune at 20.50 hrs every Thursday from May 4, 2023, to May 25, 2023 (4 trips) and arrive at Ratnagiri at 07.30 hrs the next day.
  • Train number 01132 will depart Ratnagiri at 13.00 hrs every Saturday from May 6, 2023, to May 27, 2023 (4 trips) and arrive at Pune at 23.55 hrs the same day. Halts: Lonavala, Kalyan, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarda, Aravali Road, and Sangameshwar Road.

Both weekly specials will consist of 20 General Second Class and 2 General Second Class cum Guard’s Brake Vans. Passengers are reminded that all trains will run as unreserved and bookings must be made through the UTS system with normal charges applicable for superfast mail/express trains.
