This monumental unveiling follows Air India’s brand transformation earlier this year, featuring a sleek new logo known as ‘The Vista’ and a striking combination of red, aubergine, and gold in its redesigned appearance.

According to Air India’s official announcement, these magnificent A350 aircraft are scheduled to touch down in India during the upcoming winter season, eagerly awaited by aviation enthusiasts and travelers alike.

In a strategic move back in June 2022, Air India made the decision to acquire its initial fleet of wide-bodied Airbus A350 aircraft. The A350 model boasts a larger fuel tank, allowing it to cover longer distances, including vital routes like India to the United States.

This procurement marks a significant development for Air India, as it had refrained from purchasing any new aircraft since 2006. During that year, the airline made an impressive investment, acquiring a total of 111 aircraft, with 68 of them manufactured by the U.S.-based aircraft giant Boeing and the remaining 43 crafted by the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus.

August 2023 witnessed the grand reveal of Air India’s new brand identity following the successful acquisition of the airline by Tata Group on October 8, 2021.
