Pooja Special Trains to Ensure Smooth Travel Between Patna, Gaya, and Anand Vihar During Upcoming Festive Season

In an effort to provide convenient travel options for passengers during the upcoming festive season and to alleviate the burden of overcrowding, the Indian Railways has decided to operate Pooja Special trains between Patna and Anand Vihar via Gaya. Here are the details:

Train No. 03255/03256 Patna-Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Pooja Special (Bi-weekly):

• Train No. 03255, Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Thursday and Sunday from November 23, 2023, to December 10, 2023. The train will depart from Patna at 22:20 and reach Anand Vihar the following day at 15:00.
• Train No. 03256, Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Friday and Monday from November 24, 2023, to December 11, 2023. The train will depart from Anand Vihar at 23:30 and reach Patna the next day at 17:20.
• This train will halt at various stations including Danapur, Ara, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj Junction, and Kanpur Central in both directions.

Train No. 02391/02392 Patna-Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Pooja Special (Weekly):

• Train No. 02391, Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Saturday from November 25, 2023, to December 9, 2023. The train will depart from Patna at 22:20 and reach Anand Vihar the next day at 15:00.
• Train No. 02392, Anand Vihar-Patna Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Sunday from November 26, 2023, to December 10, 2023. The train will depart from Anand Vihar at 23:30 and reach Patna the next day at 17:20.
• This train will halt at various stations including Danapur, Ara, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj Junction, and Kanpur Central in both directions.

Train No. 03635/03636 Gaya-Anand Vihar-Gaya Superfast Pooja Special (Tri-weekly):

• Train No. 03635, Gaya-Anand Vihar Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from November 20, 2023, to December 8, 2023. The train will depart from Gaya at 14:15 and reach Anand Vihar the next day at 05:00.
• Train No. 03636, Anand Vihar-Gaya Superfast Pooja Special, will run every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from November 21, 2023, to December 9, 2023. The train will depart from Anand Vihar at 07:00 and reach Gaya the same day at 20:45.
• This train will halt at various stations including Anugrah Narayan Road, Dehri on Sone, Sasaram, Bhabua Road, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj Junction, and Kanpur Central in both directions.

These Pooja Special trains have been introduced to cater to the increased demand during the festive season and will provide travelers with an additional travel option to reach their destinations conveniently.
