Train Services Disrupted Due to Derailment at Bahanaga Bazar Station

The derailment of trains at Bahanaga Bazar Station in the Kharagpur Division has led to significant disruptions in train services. As a result, several trains have been canceled, diverted, or partially canceled until further notice.

The following trains have been canceled:

1. Train Number 12838 Puri-Howrah Express scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023.
2. Train Number 18410 Puri-Shalimar Shri Jagannath Express scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023.
3. Train Number 08012 Puri-Bhanjapur Special scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023.

The following trains have been diverted:

1. Train Number 03229 Puri-Patna Special scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023 will now run via the Jakhapura-Jaroli route.
2. Train Number 12840 Chennai-Howrah Mail scheduled to depart from Chennai on 01.06.2023 will now run via the Jakhapura and Jaroli route.
3. Train Number 18048 Vasco da Gama-Howrah Amaravati Express scheduled to depart from Vasco on 01.06.2023 will now run via the Jakhapura-Jaroli route.
4. Train Number 22850 Secunderabad-Shalimar Express scheduled to depart from Secunderabad on 02.06.2023 will now run via the Jakhapura and Jaroli route.
5. Train Number 12801 Puri-New Delhi Purusottam Express scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023 will now run via the Jakhapura and Jaroli route.
6. Train Number 18477 Puri-Rishikesh Kalinga Utkal Express scheduled to depart from Puri on 02.06.2023 will now run via the Angul-Sambalpur City-Jharsuguda Road-Ib route.
7. Train Number 22804 Sambalpur-Shalimar Express scheduled to depart from Sambalpur on 02.06.2023 will now run via the Sambalpur City-Jharsuguda route.
8. Train Number 12509 Bangalore-Guwahati Express scheduled to depart from Bangalore on 01.06.2023 will now run via the Vizianagaram-Titilagarh-Jharsuguda-Tata route.
9. Train Number 15929 Tambaram-New Tinsukia Express scheduled to depart from Tambaram on 01.06.2023 will now run via the Ranital-Jaroli route.

The following trains have been partially canceled:

1. Train Number 18022 Khurda Road-Kharagpur Express scheduled to depart from Khurda Road on 02.06.2023 will run up to Baitarani Road and remain canceled from Baitarani Road to Kharagpur.
2. Train Number 18021 Kharagpur-Khurda Road Express scheduled to depart from Kharagpur on 03.06.2023 will originate from Baitarani Road to Khurda Road and remain canceled from Kharagpur to Baitarani Road.
