Train Services Affected Due to Remodeling Work in Firozpur & Delhi Division

In light of the ongoing remodeling work at Baddowal and Mullanpur yards from February 7 to February 9, 2024, and a traffic block at Meerut yard on February 8, 2024, the railway authorities have announced several changes in train schedules. The following disruptions will be in effect:

Cancellation of Trains (Effective from February 7 to February 9, 2024):

  1. Train 04464: Firozpur Cantt. to Ludhiana
  2. Train 04997: Ludhiana to Firozpur Cantt.
  3. Train 06982: Firozpur Cantt. to Ludhiana (Effective from February 9, 2024)
  4. Train 04625: Ludhiana to Firozpur Cantt. (Effective from February 9, 2024)

Diversion of Trains (Effective from February 8, 2024):

  1. Train 19612: Amritsar to Ajmer (Via Jalandhar City – Lohian Khas – Firozpur Cantt.) – Skip Stoppage at Phagwara, Ludhiana, Jagraon, Moga, Talwandi
  2. Train 14304: Haridwar to Delhi (Via Tapri – Shamli – Delhi Shahdara – Delhi Junction) – Due to traffic block at Meerut yard
  3. Train 14332: Kalka to Delhi Jn. (Via Tapri – Shamli – Delhi Shahdara – Delhi Junction) – Due to traffic block at Meerut yard

Short Termination of Train (Effective from February 9, 2024):

  1. Train 22485: New Delhi to Moga – Short terminated at Ludhiana

Short Origination of Train (Effective from February 9, 2024):

  1. Train 22486: Moga to New Delhi – Short originated from Ludhiana

Reschedule/Regulation of Trains:

  1. Train 06982: Firozpur Cantt. to Ludhiana (Effective from February 7 and February 8, 2024) – Start delayed by 90 minutes from Firozpur Cantt.
  2. Train 14720: Amritsar to Bikaner (Effective from February 9, 2024) – Start delayed by 240 minutes from Amritsar

Restoration of Train (Effective from February 6, 2024):

  1. Train 06982/04625: Firozpur Cantt. to Ludhiana to Firozpur Cantt. – Restored

Passengers are advised to check with the railway authorities for the latest updates and adjustments to their travel plans during this period of construction and maintenance work.
