Train Services Affected by Traffic Block: Cancellations, Short Terminations, and Regulations

In response to a scheduled power and traffic block between Nilokheri-Amin & Panipat – Babarpur stations on the Delhi-Ambala section of Delhi Division, various train services have been affected. The following measures will be implemented to ensure a smooth flow of operations during this period:

Cancellation of Trains:

  • Train Number 12460 Amritsar-New Delhi, scheduled for JCO (Journey Commencing On) 10.11.2023.
  • Train Number 12459 New Delhi-Amritsar, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023.
  • Train Number 14682 Jalandhar City-New Delhi, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023.
  • Train Number 14681 New Delhi-Jalandhar City, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023.
  • Train Number 04449 New Delhi-Kurukshetra EMU, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023.
  • Train Number 04452 Kurukshetra-Delhi, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023.

Short Termination/Origination of Trains:

  • Train Number 11841 Khajuraho-Kurukshetra, scheduled for JCO 09.11.2023, will be short terminated at Panipat.
  • Train Number 11842 Kurukshetra-Khajuraho, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023, will short originate from Panipat. Train Numbers 11841/11842 will remain partially canceled between Panipat-Kurukshetra and Kurukshetra-Panipat.
  • Train Number 04567 Ambala Cantt.-Nagal Dam Special, scheduled for JCO 10.11.23, will be short terminated at Morinda and will remain partially canceled between Morinda and Nagal Dam.
  • Train Number 04568 Nagal Dam-Ambala Cantt. Special, scheduled for JCO 10.11.23, will short originate from Morinda and will remain partially canceled between Nagal Dam and Morinda.

Regulation of Trains: Several trains will be regulated to ensure safe operations during the traffic block period. These regulations include:

  • Train Number 12925 Mumbai Central-Amritsar, scheduled for JCO 09.11.2023, will be regulated for 120 minutes between Adarsh Nagar Delhi and Panipat.
  • Train Number 22685 Yesvantpur-Chandigarh, scheduled for JCO 08.11.2023, will be regulated for 70 minutes between Adarsh Nagar Delhi and Panipat.
  • Train Number 12715 Nanded-Amritsar, scheduled for JCO 09.11.2023, will be regulated for 20 minutes between Adarsh Nagar Delhi and Panipat.
  • Train Number 12926 Amritsar-Bandra Terminus, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023, will be regulated for 80 minutes between Mohri and Kurukshetra.
  • Train Number 15708 Amritsar-Katihar, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023, will be regulated for 60 minutes between Mohri and Kurukshetra.
  • Train Number 22430 Pathankot-Delhi, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023, will be regulated for 50 minutes between Mohri and Kurukshetra.
  • Train Number 22706 Pathankot-Delhi, scheduled for JCO 10.11.2023, will be regulated for 40 minutes between Mohri and Kurukshetra.
  • Train Number 04577 Ambala Cantt.-Nagal Dam Special, scheduled for JCO 10.11.23, will be regulated for 30 minutes between Sirhind and Mianpur.

Short Termination/Origination of Trains due to Traffic Block on Dhuri-Jakhal Section:

  • Train Number 04743 Hisar-Ludhiana, scheduled from JCO 08.11.23 to 17.11.23, will be short terminated at Sunam Udham Singh Wala and will remain partially canceled between Sunam Udham Singh Wala and Ludhiana.
  • Train Number 04744 Ludhiana-Chittargarh, scheduled from JCO 08.11.23 to 17.11.23, will short originate from Sunam Udham Singh Wala and will remain partially canceled between Ludhiana and Sunam Udham Singh Wala.

These measures have been implemented to ensure the safety and efficiency of railway services during the specified period of the traffic block. Passengers and the general public are advised to plan their travel accordingly and stay updated on any further developments.
