Train Diversions Due to Traffic Block on Delhi Division

In a bid to enhance rail infrastructure, the Northern Railway has announced a traffic block for deep screening operations using a BCM machine on the UP line at Faridabad Yard station. This block, lasting 4 hours and 30 minutes, will take place between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Palwal sections of the Delhi Division.

As a result, several trains will be diverted as follows:

  1. 04440 New Delhi – Palwal EMU: This train will be diverted to the 3rd/4th line on 16th and 17th October 2024.
  2. 12904 Amritsar Jn – Mumbai Central Golden Temple Mail: This service will also be diverted to the 3rd/4th line on 15th and 16th October 2024.
  3. 18238 Amritsar Jn – Bilaspur Jn. Express: Similar to the other services, this train will be redirected to the 3rd/4th line on 15th and 16th October 2024.

Passengers are advised to check for updates and plan their journeys accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
