Running of Additional Summer Special Trains – 2023

Passengers travelling by train during the summer season will have a reason to rejoice, as the Indian Railways has announced the running of additional special trains. The move comes in order to clear the extra rush of passengers during the summer season of 2023.

The Central Railway will be coordinating with the Indian Railways to run the following additional special trains:

Train No. 01131 / 01132 Pune Jn. – Ratnagiri – Pune Jn. Unreserved Special (Weekly)

The unreserved special train numbered 01131 will leave Pune Jn. every Thursday at 20:50 hrs on 04/05/2023, 11/05/2023, 18/05/2023, and 25/05/2023. The train will reach Ratnagiri at 07:30 hrs on the next day. On the other hand, train no. 01132 Ratnagiri – Pune Jn. Unreserved Special (Weekly) will leave from Ratnagiri at 13:00 hrs every Saturday on 06/05/2023, 13/05/2023, 20/05/2023 & 27/05/2023, reaching Pune Jn. at 23:55 hrs on the same day.

The train will halt at Lonavala, Kalyan, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Aravali Road & Sangameshwar Road stations, and will consist of a total of 22 coaches, with 20 coaches for general passengers and two SLR coaches.

Train No. 01133 / 01134 Ratnagiri – Panvel – Ratnagiri Unreserved Special (Weekly)

Train no. 01133 Ratnagiri – Panvel Unreserved Special (Weekly) will leave from Ratnagiri at 13:00 hrs every Friday on 05/05/2023, 12/05/2023, 19/05/2023 & 26/05/2023, reaching Panvel at 20:30 hrs on the same day. Similarly, train no. 01134 Panvel – Ratnagiri Unreserved Special (Weekly) will leave from Panvel at 21:30 hrs every Friday on 05/05/2023, 12/05/2023, 19/05/2023 & 26/05/2023, reaching Ratnagiri at 04:30 hrs on the next day.

The train will halt at Sangameshwar Road, Aravali Road, Sawarda, Chiplun, Khed, Veer, Mangaon & Roha stations, and will also consist of a total of 22 coaches, with 20 coaches for general passengers and two SLR coaches.
