RPF Commando Team Excels at All India Police Commando Competition
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) Commando Team demonstrated exceptional prowess at the 14th All India Police Commando Competition (AIPCC), organized by the Andhra Pradesh Police in Visakhapatnam. The event, held from January 18th to January 30th, 2024, witnessed remarkable performances from elite commando units across the nation.
CT Bijender, representing the CORAS unit of RPF, emerged as a standout performer, clinching the prestigious Cheeta Run Trophy for his outstanding individual excellence.
This remarkable achievement underscores the visionary leadership of DG RPF, Manoj Yadava, IPS, and the strategic guidance of IG RPSF, Shri Sumati Shandilya, IRPFS. The commitment and dedication of CO/CORAS, Munawar Khan, IRPFS, coupled with the rigorous training provided by the dedicated trainers at the 9th Battalion RPSF, Jagadhri, played a pivotal role in preparing the RPF Commando Team for the competition’s challenges.
