Prime Minister Narendra Modi Visits Uttarakhand, Performs Pooja at Parvati Kund

Uttarakhand: In a visit to the picturesque state of Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed a special pooja at Parvati Kund in Pithoragarh. During his visit, he also interacted with the dedicated personnel of the Indian Army, Border Roads Organization (BRO), and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) stationed at Parvati Kund and Gunji. The Prime Minister expressed his admiration for their unwavering service in challenging conditions, acknowledging that their spirit and dedication serve as an inspiration to the entire nation.

 

In a social media post, Prime Minister Modi wrote, “At Parvati Kund and Gunji, interacted with the dedicated personnel of the Army, BRO, and ITBP. Their unwavering service in challenging conditions is truly commendable. Their spirit and dedication inspire the entire nation.”

Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Parvati Kund holds special significance, as he had the opportunity to have darshan (a spiritual glimpse) of Aadi Kailash, a revered site. He expressed his joy at the experience and extended his prayers for the well-being and happiness of all countrymen.

In a social media post, he shared his sentiments, stating, “In the holy Parvati Kund of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, I am delighted to have had darshan and performed pooja. The sight of Aadi Kailash from here is truly uplifting. In the lap of nature, I prayed for the well-being and prosperous lives of all our countrymen, seeking blessings from the spirituality and culture that reside here.”
