Indian Railways Introduces Additional Weekly Services between LTT and Muzaffarpur

To Alleviate Passenger Rush, Railways Unveils 4 Weekly Train Specials

In response to the growing demand for transportation, Indian Railways has announced the operation of four additional weekly train services connecting Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Muzaffarpur. The move aims to facilitate the smooth movement of passengers during the upcoming weeks.

Key Details of the Weekly Special Trains:

  1. LTT-Muzaffarpur Weekly Special (05282):
    • Departure: 21:00 hrs every Saturday on 23.12.23 and 30.12.23
    • Arrival: 04:00 hrs on the third day at Muzaffarpur
  2. Muzaffarpur-LTT Weekly Special (05281):
    • Departure: 13:00 hrs every Friday on 22.12.23 and 29.12.23
    • Arrival: 19:00 hrs next day at LTT

Halting Stations: The trains will make stops at Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki Jn., Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Jn., Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patliputra Jn., Hajipur Jn., and Muzaffarpur Jn.

Composition of the Trains: The composition includes a total of 23 ICF coaches, featuring 2 AC-II Tier, 4 AC-III Tier, 12 Sleeper Class, and 5 General Second Class coaches, along with 2 Guard’s brake vans.

Reservation Details: Bookings for the 05282 superfast weekly special trains on special charges will open on 21.12.23 at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) locations and on the official website http://irctc.co.in. Travelers are encouraged to make timely reservations to secure their seats on these newly introduced services.
