Indian Railways Announces Mega Block for Maintenance Along Madgaon Jn. – Kumta Section
In a move to enhance the maintenance of assets, Indian Railways has scheduled a three-hour mega block between Madgaon Jn. and Kumta section on December 21, 2023 (Thursday) from 12:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs. The maintenance activity will have the following repercussions on train services:
- Train No. 06602 Mangaluru Central – Madgaon Jn. Special:
- The journey commencing on December 21, 2023, will be short-terminated at Kumta station.
- Partial cancellation will apply to the segment between Kumta and Madgaon Jn. section.
- Train No. 06601 Madgaon Jn. – Mangaluru Central Special:
- The journey commencing on December 21, 2023, will be short-originated from Kumta station at its scheduled time.
- Partial cancellation will be in effect for the segment between Madgaon Jn. and Kumta section.
