Constructed by M/s. NBCC [India] Ltd on an expansive plot spanning 1945 sq. meters, the 9-story building stands as a testament to architectural innovation. The structure seamlessly integrates facilities such as an ASK centre, Creche, and Conference halls, providing a comprehensive workspace for its occupants.

A notable achievement is the GRIHA 3-star accreditation, underscoring the commitment to environmental consciousness. Vertical gardens further enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building while contributing to a greener and healthier work environment.

The incorporation of advanced technology is evident through the Building Management System, Light Control System, and Access Control Mechanism, ensuring efficient and secure operations within the premises.
