As the festive fervor of Holi grips the nation, railways have introduced special trains to accommodate the surge in passenger demand. From Saharsa to Anand Vihar and New Delhi, as well as from Gorakhpur to Dimapur, these special trains aim to provide additional travel options for passengers during the holiday season.
- Saharsa-Anand Vihar Unreserved Holi Special (via Khagaria-Barauni-Shahpur Patoree-Hajipur-Gorakhpur route): Departing from Saharsa on March 31, 2024, at 09:30 AM, this train will make scheduled stops at Barauni at 11:35 AM and Hajipur at 01:30 PM, before reaching Anand Vihar at 05:15 AM the following day.
- Saharsa-Delhi Unreserved Holi Special (via Khagaria-Barauni-Samastipur-Muzaffarpur-Hajipur-Gorakhpur route): Departing from Saharsa on March 30, 2024, at 07:30 AM, this train will stop at Barauni at 10:50 AM and Hajipur at 02:30 PM, before arriving at Delhi at 01:15 PM the next day.
- Patna-New Delhi Reserved Superfast Holi Special (via Ara-Buxar-Deendayal Upadhyay-Prayagraj route): Departing from Patna on March 30, 2024, at 03:00 PM, this train will stop at Deendayal Upadhyay at 06:35 PM, before reaching New Delhi at 07:00 AM the next day.
- Gorakhpur-Dimapur Holi Special (via Hajipur-Shahpur Patoree-Barauni-Katihar-Kamakhya-Guwahati route): Departing from Gorakhpur on March 28, 2024, at 07:50 PM, this train will stop at Hajipur at 01:05 AM and Barauni at 04:30 AM, before arriving at Dimapur at 03:45 AM on Saturday.
