Extra Rush of Winter Travelers Addressed with One-Way Special Trains by Northern Railway
In response to the heightened demand for travel during the winter season, Northern Railway has announced the operation of One-Way Special trains on key routes. Commencing on December 11, 2023, the special trains will provide additional capacity for passengers traveling from Anand Vihar Terminal to Bhagalpur, Bhatinda to Gorakhpur, and Delhi Sarai Rohilla to Indore.
Here are the details of the three One-Way Special trains:
1. Bhatinda – Gorakhpur One-Way Special Express (Train No. 04560)
- Departure: 11.12.2023
- Departure Time: 20:55 from Bhatinda (BTI)
- Arrival Time: 18:00 at Gorakhpur Junction (GKP)
Stations en route include Rampura Phul, Barnala, Dhuri, Patiala, Rajpura, Ambala Cantt., Yamunanagar Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Hardoi, Lucknow, Barabanki, Gonda, Basti, and concluding at Gorakhpur Junction.
The train offers Reserved One-Way Special express services with AC, Sleeper, and General Class Coaches.
2. Anand Vihar T.-Bhagalpur One-Way Special Express (Train No. 04436)
- Departure: 11.12.2023
- Departure Time: 22:45 from Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT)
- Arrival Time: 23:00 at Bhagalpur (BGP)
Stations covered include Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Sultanpur, Varanasi, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Sasaram, Gaya, Kiul, Jamalpur, and concluding at Bhagalpur.
The train provides Reserved One-Way Special express services with AC, Sleeper, and General Class Coaches.
3. Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Indore One-Way Special Express (Train No. 04007)
