Agra-Banaras Vande Bharat Express to Run with 16 Coaches and New Route from May 29

In a significant update for train passengers, the Agra Cantt–Banaras Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20176/20175) will operate with 16 coaches starting May 29, 2025. Along with this, the train will follow a new route, bypassing its current stations.

New Route Details:
Instead of halting at Agra Cantt – Raja Ki Mandi – Agra City – Yamuna Bridge, the Vande Bharat Express will now pass through Agra Cantt – Idgah – Agra Fort – Yamuna Bridge Agra. This change is also effective from May 29, 2025.

Revised Timings for Agra Cantt–Veerangana Laxmibai Express (Train No. 11902):
In view of these operational changes, the schedule of trains passing through the Jhansi division is also being revised. Notably, the Agra Cantt–Veerangana Laxmibai Jhansi Express will now follow the below timing:

  • Departs Agra Cantt at 06:30 AM

  • Bhindai – 06:43 / 06:44

  • Jajau – 06:56 / 06:57

  • Mania – 07:09 / 07:10

  • Dholpur – 07:20 / 07:22

  • Hetampur – 07:33 / 07:34

  • Sikroda Kwarai – 07:41 / 07:42

  • Morena – 07:49 / 07:51

  • Sank – 08:00 / 08:01

  • Nurabad – 08:06 / 08:07

  • Banmor – 08:14 / 08:15

  • Rairu – 08:21 / 08:22

  • Birlanagar – 08:31 / 08:32

  • Gwalior – 08:38 / 08:40

  • Sithouli – 08:51 / 08:52

  • Antari – 09:11 / 09:12

  • Anantpith – 09:20 / 09:21

  • Simariatal – 09:28 / 09:29

  • Dabra – 09:55 / 09:57

  • Kotra – 10:28 / 10:29

  • Sonagir – 10:45 / 10:46

  • Datia – 11:00 / 11:02

  • Karari – 12:05 / 12:06

  • Arrives Veerangana Laxmibai Jhansi at 12:50 PM

Chhattisgarh Express Update:
Train No. 18238 Chhattisgarh Express will arrive at 12:50 PM and depart at 12:55 PM as per the new schedule.

Passengers are advised to check the updated timings before planning their journey.
