Indian Railways Training Centre in Prayagraj Organises Blood Donation Camp
The Indian Railways Track Machine Training Centre (IRTMTC), Prayagraj, organised a blood donation camp as part of its social responsibility initiatives. The camp was conducted with the special support of the Allahabad Nursing Home Association.
The camp was inaugurated by IRTMTC Principal Sitaram Prajapati, who donated blood himself and encouraged officers, employees and trainees to participate. His initiative motivated the participants, with a total of 64 people voluntarily donating blood during the camp.
Addressing the blood donors, Prajapati said blood donation is an important form of social service and can help provide timely support to people in critical need. He thanked all the donors and the team from the Allahabad Nursing Home Association for their contribution to the successful organisation of the camp.
During the programme, participants were also informed about the importance of blood donation and its health benefits. The active participation of officers, employees and trainees highlighted IRTMTC Prayagraj’s commitment to fulfilling its social responsibilities.
