Traffic Block on Lucknow Division Leads to Cancellation, Rescheduling, Regulation, and Diversion of Trains

In view of a scheduled traffic and power block for the insertion of an RCC box between Jaunpur City and Bakhsha stations on the Zafarabad-Sultanpur section, several trains are set to experience temporary cancellations, rescheduling, regulation, and diversion.

Cancellation of Train: The Sultanpur-Varanasi-Sultanpur Special (Train No. 04264/04263) journeying on February 15, 2024, stands cancelled.

Rescheduling of Train: The Varanasi-Jammu Tawi Begampura Express (Train No. 12237) scheduled for February 15, 2024, will depart from Varanasi with a delay of 60 minutes.

Regulation of Trains:

  • The Udaipur City-Patliputra Express (Train No. 19669) slated for departure on February 14, 2024, will experience a regulation of 60 minutes en route.
  • The Raxaul-Anand Vihar Terminal Sadbhavna Express (Train No. 14007) scheduled for departure on February 14, 2024, will face a regulation of 120 minutes en route.

Diversion of Trains:

  • The Indore-Patna Express (Train No. 19313) set to journey on February 14, 2024, will be diverted via Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Varanasi route, bypassing the stoppage at Jaunpur City. Alternative stoppages will be provided at Ma Belha Devi Dham, Pratapgarh Junction, and Janghai.
  • The Jammu Tawi-Varanasi Begampura Express (Train No. 12238) scheduled for February 14, 2024, will be diverted via Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Varanasi route, skipping stoppages at Lambhua and Jaunpur City. Alternative stoppages will be provided at Ma Belha Devi Dham, Pratapgarh Junction, and Janghai.
  • The Dehradun-Howrah Upasana Express (Train No. 12328) scheduled for February 14, 2024, will be diverted via Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Varanasi route.
  • The Kota-Patna Express (Train No. 13240) set to journey on February 14, 2024, will be diverted via Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Varanasi route.
  • The Delhi Junction-Malda Town Farakka Express (Train No. 13414) scheduled for February 14, 2024, will be diverted via Sultanpur-Pratapgarh-Janghai-Varanasi route, bypassing stoppages at Lambhua, Koiripur, Harpal Ganj, Shri Krishna Nagar, Jaunpur City, Zafarabad, and JalalGanj. Alternative stoppages will be provided at Ma Belha Devi Dham, Pratapgarh Junction, Janghai, and Bhadohi.
