Direct Interaction with Passengers and Collection of Feedback

Hajipur, November 20, 2023: In the wake of Chhath Puja, the East Central Railways has undertaken extensive managerial measures for the convenience and safety of passengers. General Manager Anil Kumar Khandelwal is personally overseeing real-time monitoring of these arrangements. Today, the General Manager arrived at Patna Junction in the evening to assess crowd management, cleanliness, passenger safety, and other amenities.

During this visit, General Manager Khandelwal engaged in discussions with passengers at Patna Junction to collect feedback on the provided facilities. Anil Kumar Khandelwal directed officials to remain vigilant continuously for passenger convenience.

Following Chhath Puja, a dedicated “War Room” has been established in Patna for the constant monitoring of overall arrangements, including passenger facilities and security in stations and trains. Additionally, a free distribution system for food packets and water has been set up at major stations for passengers traveling in general category coaches.

General Manager Khandelwal appealed to passengers to refrain from carrying inflammable substances during their journey, emphasizing the potential dangers.
